From January 11th to 14th 2024, the final phase of the World Cup of Equestrian Vault was held at the Jakobshalle in Basel. The show was great thanks to the participation of many of the most important athletes in the world. Katherine Meyer (GER) is the best among women’s individuals, while Jannik Heiland (GER) dominated in the men’s field. With Manon Moutinho (womens’ gold), Lambert Leclezio and Quentin Jabet’s (respectively males’ gold and silver) spectacular individuas, and the excellent team (silver), France is the ruler of the 2022 Equestrian Vaulting World Championships in Herning. Leclezio, undisputed champion since the first test, scores over 9 in all three tests and wins the world title for the fourth time in-a-row. Germany is good as always, which however must bow, in the individual, to the clear superiority of the French.
